Has anyone ever applied for access to a model found on huggingface and had their application rejected and know how to reapply?
I guess I didn’t fill in the university name correctly but there is no option to reapply.
In your HF settings, there should be a “gated repositories” section. At least when the status is pending, you can there cancel your access request. What does it say for your declined access repos there?

Hi, just share a personal solution
Once a request is hard-rejected, the HF UI usually doesn’t let you re-submit directly. The best workaround is to go to the “Community” tab on that specific model’s page and open a new discussion thread. Just explain that you made a typo with your university name on the initial form. The model authors manage the access list, and they can either manually approve you or reset your status so you can apply again.
